How it works
You talk to your assistant. Money keeps the record.
Your assistant turns what you say into a proper double-entry record: every amount goes into one account and out of another, so the books always balance. It reads your balances back from the ledger, never from memory.

Get an invite
The beta is invite only. You receive an email to set your password.

Connect your assistant
Add it as a custom connector in an assistant that supports MCP connectors. The steps come with your invite.

Talk about your money
Your assistant sets up accounts as you mention them. There is no form to fill in and nothing to install.

Tell your assistant what you paid or received. It becomes a dated entry in the right account.
Banks, cash and cards
Each account keeps its own balance. Card instalment plans show what is paid and what is left.
Loans, policies and subscriptions
Register recurring payments once and see what is due, paid and remaining.
More than one currency
Each entry keeps its own currency and the rate your assistant names, with its date and source.
Where you stand
Balances, net worth and spending by category for any date, worked out from your entries.
A copy you can keep
Ask for an export at any time and your assistant gives you the whole ledger as a file.
Trust
A record, not a bank.
The rules below are built into the server, so they hold whichever assistant you use.
It never moves money
Wisertrack Money records what happened. It does not pay anyone or connect to your bank.
Nothing is posted without your yes
Your assistant states each entry in plain words and waits for you to agree.
Past entries are never edited or deleted
A correction is a new entry you can see, so the history stays complete.
No financial, tax or legal advice
It is software that keeps your books. Decisions stay with you.
The beta
This is early software.
The beta is for a small group of invited people. Things will change, and some features are still being tested. Please do not rely on it as your only record of your money yet. If something looks wrong, write to info@wisertrack.com and it will be looked at.
