1. What these terms cover
These Terms of Use govern your use of wisertrack.com (the "Website"), operated by Wisertrack Pte. Ltd. ("Wisertrack", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore. By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These terms cover the Website only. Using one of our products is governed by that product's own terms, which you accept when you sign up:

- Wisertrack Money is in a private beta. Participants receive its terms with their invitation.
2. Information on the Website
The Website describes our company and products. We try to keep it accurate and current, but it is provided for general information and is not a warranty of any product's features, availability or suitability. Product status shown on the Website (such as "live", "private beta" or "coming soon") may change without notice. Nothing on the Website is financial, tax, legal or professional advice.
Illustrative examples on the Website, including example conversations, names and amounts, are made up and are not records of real customers or results.
3. Using the Website
You may browse the Website and use its forms for their intended purpose. You agree not to misuse the Website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, probe or disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit false information through its forms, or use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
4. Intellectual property
The Website, including its text, design, logos and brand assets, belongs to Wisertrack or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except that you may use the brand assets published on our Branding page in the way that page describes. Third-party names and marks on the Website belong to their owners, are named only to identify them, and do not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
5. Links to other sites
The Website links to our products' own sites and to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about it and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (wisertrack.com/company/privacy) and Cookie Policy (wisertrack.com/cookie-policy) explain how we handle personal data on the Website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Website, except where the law that applies to you gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere that cannot be waived.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change, and continued use of the Website after that means you accept the updated terms.
