1. Who we are and what this covers

Wisertrack Pte. Ltd. ("Wisertrack", "we", "us", "our") is a software company registered in Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from visitors to wisertrack.com (the "Website"), why, how we protect it, and the choices you have. Contact us at info@wisertrack.com with any question or request.

This policy covers the Website only. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use that product:

2. What we collect on the Website

Information you give us. If you contact us by email, book a call, or fill in a form on the Website (for example, to request a report or a demo), we receive what you enter: typically your name, email address, company and your message. We use it to reply to you and, where you have asked for something, to send it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers record technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and the time of the request. This keeps the Website running and secure.

Analytics, with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and Mixpanel to understand how visitors use the Website (pages viewed, where visitors came from, and similar aggregate information). We do not collect special categories of personal data through the Website, and the Website is not directed at children.

3. How we use personal data

We use the data above to respond to you, to provide what you asked for, to operate, secure and improve the Website, to understand which content is useful, and to meet legal obligations that apply to us. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

If you contact us about a product, we may keep your details to follow up about that product. You can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Who we share it with

  • Service providers who help us run the Website: hosting, email delivery, form handling and analytics providers, who process data on our instructions.
  • Authorities, only where a valid legal process requires it, and only to the extent required.
  • A successor, if Wisertrack is acquired or merges, under the same commitments in this policy.

Some providers process data outside Singapore. Where they do, we rely on their standard contractual and technical safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Messages and form submissions are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about them and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then deleted. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form by the analytics provider according to its retention settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain uses, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to withdraw consent (for example, to analytics cookies) at any time. Write to info@wisertrack.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also raise a concern with the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction; in Singapore, that is the Personal Data Protection Commission.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and restricted access to the systems that hold it. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not promise that.

8. Third-party names

Google Analytics, Mixpanel and any other third-party names on the Website are trademarks of their owners, named only to identify the services we use. No partnership or endorsement is implied.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change, and for a material change we will add a notice on the Website.
